Managed IT & Networking in Middle Tennessee

Rows of server racks with structured cabling in a data centre

Local, on-site network design, management, and support for Middle Tennessee businesses that need their infrastructure to just work.

We design, install, and manage the network and endpoint infrastructure your business runs on — with a technician who shows up on-site, not a ticket queue in another state. From wiring closets and Wi-Fi coverage to 24/7 monitoring, patching, and backup verification, we keep the fundamentals solid so outages, security gaps, and slow computers stop being a weekly problem.

What’s included

  • 24/7 network and endpoint monitoring with proactive alerting
  • On-site network design, wiring, Wi-Fi, and hardware installation and refresh
  • Patch management, endpoint protection (EDR/MFA), and email security
  • Backup management with tested, verified restores — not just “backup completed”
  • Help desk for day-to-day issues: password resets, printer and Wi-Fi problems, slow machines, account access
  • Vendor coordination and IT strategy and budget planning, tied to business needs

Best for Middle Tennessee small and mid-sized businesses without a full-time in-house IT team.

Common questions

Do you actually come on site, or is this remote support?

On-site is the point of this service. A technician comes to your building for the work that cannot be done over a wire — wiring and access-point installs, hardware swaps, Wi-Fi problems, office moves. Monitoring, patching, and routine help-desk work happen remotely because that is faster for you, but you are never stuck describing a blinking light to a queue in another state.

Which Middle Tennessee areas do you cover for on-site work?

Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Nashville are the core on-site coverage, along with the surrounding Sumner and Davidson County communities — Goodlettsville, Madison, Old Hickory, Castalian Springs, Cottontown, and Portland among them. If you sit just outside that ring, ask anyway; it is usually still workable.

Do we have to replace all our existing hardware to work with you?

No. We start by assessing what you already run and what it is costing you in downtime and risk. Plenty of equipment has useful life left in it; some of it is the actual source of your weekly problems. You get a plan that separates the two, with replacements sequenced into a budget instead of arriving as one invoice.

Can you work alongside the IT person we already have?

Yes. Co-managed arrangements are common — we take monitoring, patching, backup verification, and after-hours escalation off your internal person so they can spend their time on the work only someone inside your business can do. We are equally willing to be the whole IT department where there is not one.

How do we know our backups would actually restore?

Because we test them. A backup job reporting success is not evidence that your data comes back; the only proof is a restore. We run test restores on a schedule and report the result, so the first time anyone restores your data is not the morning you urgently need it.
